SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 days after payment has been received. You can expect your goodies to arrive within 5 -10 business days, depending on the shipping option you have chosen. You'll receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you live locally, please email us to arrange a FREE pick up.
We currently only ship within Canada and the US. International shipping options are soon to come.
RETURNS
Due to the personal nature of our items and for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns. Since our products are all made by hand, please expect that each creation will be unique and may vary slightly from batch to batch.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is damaged during transit, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with a product, please reach out to us immediately and we'll try out best to make it right.
